Dear eWax® user,

If you have problems to open our eWax® application or to proceed at any point it could be due to your browser adjustments.

Following adjustments - considering as example the latest Microsoft Internet Explorer - are necessary or recommendable:

1. Turn off popup blocker (Windows XP)
Standard Pop-up Blocker is turned on in Internet Explorer and set to the medium setting, which means it will block most automatic pop-ups.

On the Tools menu, point to Pop-up Blocker, and then click Turn Off Pop-up Blocker

2. Activate JavaScript

Select tools I internet options I index Security I custom level I in section scripting: enable Active Scripting

3. Activate SSL
For some functions eWax uses the SSL protocol (Secure Sockets Layer) to encode sensitive customer data.

Select tools I internet options I index Advanced I in section security: Use SSL 2.0 and use SSL 3.0
